These Terms govern your use of Cardamore’s website (cardamore.ai) and the Cardamore app in ChatGPT (together, the “Service”), operated by Cardamore Inc.
Cardamore helps you design personalized greeting card messages and artwork using AI. The ChatGPT app is a design assistant. Purchasing, payment, and email delivery—if offered—are handled on cardamore.ai and are not part of the ChatGPT app listing.
You agree not to use the Service for illegal content, harassment, spam, or to generate content that violates OpenAI or ChatGPT usage policies. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use generated cards.
Output may be inaccurate or unexpected. Review all messages and artwork before sharing. We do not guarantee uniqueness of results.
Subject to these Terms and applicable model-provider terms, you may use cards you create for personal, non-commercial sharing with intended recipients. Cardamore branding and software remain our property.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARDAMORE IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
